An NIH Training Grant-funded postdoctoral position is available starting July 1, 2007 to study epigenetic differences occurring at the DNA level and affecting gene expression during steps of differentiation into dendritic cells and macrophages.  We are currently performing epigenetic, chromatin modification, genomic and expression studies on a variety of human primary tumors and different lineages of cells during differentiation.  Genome wide methylation studies, genomic studies by FISH and SKY and expression studies will be performed.
