POSTDOCTORAL POSITION FOR MOLECULAR BIOLOGIST, BIOCHEMIST TO STUDY THE MOLECULAR IMMUNOLOGY OF T CELL REGULATION

A postdoctoral position is available to study the biochemical/biophysical and cell biological features of molecules involved in regulation of the T cell immune response specifically for co-stimulatory and antigen presentation activities at the structure/function level.  Several well-developed projects currently exist including at the structural biology level.  Experience in general biochemistry; protein expression and purification, as well as molecular biology, transfection of mammalian cells is important, and general background in immunology helpful.

POSTDOCTORAL POSITION FOR CELLULAR/MOLECULAR IMMUNOLOGIST TO STUDY STRUCTURE FUNCTION RELATIONSHIPS FOR T CELL COSTIMULATION

A postdoctoral position is available to study the mechanism at a molecular and immunological level for the function of T cell costimulation for the B7/CD28/CTLA4 family of receptor-ligand pairs. Interested individuals should have experience in cellular immunology and familiarity with spectrophotometric techniques.  Experience in cell biology, transfection of mammalian cells and molecular biology is desirable.
