600 Mecox Road

1 – Route 27/Sunrise Highway

After Exit 66, the road becomes one lane and then becomes County Rd. 39. Remain on it until you can’t go any further. Then go left – you are now on 27E/Montauk Highway. Proceed East for approximately 3 miles to Mecox Road – go right 1 mile to Ranchon left – 600 Mecox Road

2 – Long Island Expressway (LIE/Rte 495)

Take LIE East to Exit 70 (Manorville). Upon Exiting make a RIGHT at the Stop sign. Continue until the road ends (about 5 miles) and bear left on Route 27 - Eastern Long Island. Continue as in #1 above.

3 – Belt Parkway & Southern State Parkway

Take the Belt Pkwy East, follow signs to Southern State Parkway, Eastern LI. Once on the Southern State continue to Exit 44 (Route 27 Eastern LI) Continue as in #1 above.

4 – From the East- Route 27/Montauk Hwy

Left on Hayground Road, or next left on Mecox Road. Go 1 mile on Left – 600 Mecox Road.
