Graduate students accepted for study at Albert Einstein College of Medicine are eligible for financial support from the prestigious National Institutes of Health. Typically over the course of study support will come from a mixture of sources. With rare exceptions students will be supported for the duration of their studies. The current stipend (in addition to tuition reimbursement) is approximately $25,000.

Subsidized high-rise apartment housing across the street and a safe neighborhood makes life in New York comfortable and affordable. Many students have families. Students are accepted to a school-wide graduate program and after about a year move into programs, departments, and laboratories that fit their interests. Our single graduate school assures that whatever scientific or program choices you make your stipend will remain unaffected.
