The Human Genetics Program was established in 1996 to foster the development of research programs in human genetics at AECOM.  The primary mechanism is the support of core facilities that provide specialized equipment and staff to assist the research programs of multiple investigators doing human genetic research.  User fees are charged, but the facilities are highly subsidized through the generous donations of Samuel H. and Rachel Golding and of Benjamin Sperling.  Below is the list of cores currently supported by the HGP.  In addition, investigators can apply for partial support of mouse cage perdiems.
