Ruth Macklin, Ph.D.: Ruth Macklin, Ph.D. is a Professor of Bioethics in the Department of Epidemiology
and Population Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

The Training
Program section provides details about A Training Program in Research
Ethics in the Americas, announced in November, 2000. Trainees will
receive a stipend that is expected to cover living expenses (6 months in New York and 6
months in Buenos Aires), in addition to economy class airfare. An application form is
provided.
